About the Role
We are looking for someone with prior experience in production or industry for exciting assignments with our client just outside of Växjö. Tasks may include reinforcement work, concrete casting/molding, or standard industrial duties. The work schedule is based on a two-shift system, with hours varying between 05:00–23:00, Monday–Friday. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is required. A crane operator's license (traverskort) or previous experience in reading technical drawings is considered an advantage.

About You
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in production or industry. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and enjoy physical work. You thrive working both independently and in a team, and you are not afraid to take on new challenges.

About the Employment
The position is a consultancy assignment with a fixed-term employment contract of 6 months, meaning you are employed by Adecco and hired out to the client. There are good opportunities for conversion to permanent employment with the client after 6 months. We want you to feel well and offer a wellness allowance and discounts on gym memberships.
